ABOUT US

In 1985, Jim began his professional journey by joining the military, where he served as a radio repairman. It was there that he first learned to write code—an experience that would quietly shape his future.

By 1993, Jim had transitioned into the private sector, becoming a General Manager for a major mobile home retailer. During his time in leadership, he recognized a critical gap in automation within the industry. Determined to create a better way forward, he founded Microjays Software, built on humble beginnings and a strong commitment to practical, solution-oriented innovation.

Today, Jim serves as CEO of Microjays, leading the company’s newly revamped automation platform, SalesCore360—designed specifically to empower mobile home retailers. He is now joined by his son, Jeremy, who shares his passion and vision for helping retailers grow and succeed through smarter technology solutions.
